Full job description

Midland Lift Services Limited is recruiting a Lift Service Engineer to work on a dedicated service route.

This role covers routine servicing, reactive callouts, and minor repairs across a range of passenger, goods, and platform lifts.

Key responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing on passenger, goods, and platform lifts
Respond to reactive callouts on the service route
Complete minor repairs identified during servicing
Ensure all work complies with current health and safety and industry standards
Complete service reports and related documentation
Deal directly with customers on site in a professional manner

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience working on passenger, goods, and platform lifts
Good working knowledge of lift safety standards and regulations
Ability to work independently on a service route
Full UK driving licence

Benefits

Salary £40,000–£50,000 per year
All travel paid door to door
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Company van provided (optional personal use)
