This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of £26,807 with expected progression to £27,477 within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future. This role requires regular travel across an allocated area and therefore, a Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential.
Who are we looking for?
A Housing Management worker to work as part of a team, managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area, providing an intensive Housing Management Service to a core group of people. Someone with experience of Housing management, rents , compliance, tenant welfare and safeguarding , property health and safety and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
Ability to provide intensive housing management support.
Ability to comply with organisational and compliance elements of the job description
