Full job description

Job Summary
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience from browsing to delivery. You will work across platforms including eBay, Amazon, Shopify and the company website, maintaining our online presence, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Upload, update, and maintain product listings (descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels) across various online sales channels, ensuring accuracy and optimisation, including eBay, Amazon and Shopify.
Ensure all online content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock accuracy.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, telephone calls, live chat, and social media.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
Provide product* advice and recommendations to support sales and enhance customer experience. *product education will be provided
Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Process online orders and ensure all details are accurate.
Liaise with warehouse and delivery partners to book and track shipments and resolve issues.
Keep customers informed about order status and delivery updates.
Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Support the team in organisational tasks ensuring smooth daily operations.

Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Shopify or similar).
Basic understanding of online retail and digital sales processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple listings, customer queries and tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, solution-focused attitude.
Organised, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic photo editing or Adobe Photoshop skills for online platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Confident using computers, spreadsheets and online systems.
Effective communications skills in English.

Desirable (but not essential)

Basic knowledge of SEO and product optimisation.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Social media or marketplace promotion experience.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
