Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication techniques and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Machinery Involved
- x3 Pierce-all (x1, pegasus. x1, CNC 7000. x1 Pulsa machine).
- all machines fitted with Applican Software.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, including setting up and adjusting tooling as necessary.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce parts accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the assembly of components as required.
Skills
- Proficient in fabrication techniques is advantageous but not necessary, including welding and grinding.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating hand tools and machinery is advantageous but not necessary.
- Familiarity with sheet metal work and tooling processes.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
