Visaway Immigration is a trusted, IAA-regulated immigration firm based in Dartford. We have built a strong reputation providing exceptional immigration advice, heavily supporting corporate sponsors alongside individual clients . We are looking for an SRA-registered Solicitor or an experienced IAA Level 2 or 3 Adviser who wants to join a growing firm at a foundational stage. he successful candidate will initially handle our high-volume Level 1 caseload (including entry clearance, spouse visas, ILR, and citizenship). Concurrently, they will assist management in preparing the necessary structures and compliance audits required to successfully apply for a firm-wide regulatory upskilling.

Please Note: This position is strictly office-based at our Dartford location. While hybrid working arrangements may be considered in the future as the department grows, it is not available at the moment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Immigration Caseworker / Legal Professional to join our team. This role offers sponsorship opportunities for qualified candidates and involves managing complex immigration cases with professionalism and precision. The successful applicant will play a vital part in assisting clients through various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing expert guidance throughout their journey. The position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in immigration law and excellent negotiation skills, committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Managing and executing our existing high-volume Level 1 casework, including family visas, settlement (ILR), and sponsor license applications.
Providing dedicated, culturally sensitive advice to our core clientele, including Nepalese and ex-Gurkha family settlement routes.
Operating strictly within current Level 1 regulatory boundaries for all active client files, ensuring no out-of-scope work is processed before authorization is granted.
Assisting directors with mapping out compliance frameworks, training modules, and file structures to prepare the firm's formal application to raise its internal registration level.
Spearheading the business development planning needed to safely introduce complex casework workflows once regulatory approval is confirmed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Status: Must be an SRA-registered Solicitor OR an IAA Registered Adviser accredited at Level 2 or Level 3.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of active casework experience within UK immigration frameworks.
Regulatory Focus: Fully comfortable working exclusively on Level 1 cases initially, while demonstrating the high-level legal knowledge required to design future expansion pathways.
Location Reliability: Able to commute daily to our Dartford office for 100% on-site work
