Role: Pensions Administration Apprenticeship
Location: Bristol
Start date: Summer 2026

Your training would follow a structured programme allowing you to develop your technical pensions related knowledge, client relationship management skills and a general understanding of finance.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

Calculating benefits for members; i.e. leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths
Maintaining membership records on the administration system
Dealing with general and technical queries from members, the employer and the trustees by telephone, email and letter

Your Skills & Experience

What we are looking for:

Educated to A Level or equivalent
Ability to demonstrate strong numeracy skills
Commitment to completing apprenticeship qualification
The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK
