Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team at our South Shian Processing Facility. This role is ideal for someone looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced environment and a keen interest in aquaculture who is ready to play a key role in optimizing production and supporting sustainable growth. This would suit someone looking for a temporary position over the summer months with the potential to move to permanent.
THE ROLE
Duties focus on the processing and preparing of our product for despatch to our customers. We offer a friendly and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development. The role can be available on a part-time or full-time basis, and we’d be open to discussing a working pattern tailored to the individual candidate.
Processing Operative duties include but are not limited to:
· Operating processing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
· Cleaning and preparing fish in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
· Grading products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
· Packing finished products accurately and efficiently.
· Maintaining high standards of product quality throughout the production process.
· Adhering strictly to all hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and environmental procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have flexibility with hours due to the nature of our business and have the ability to work well in a team and possess a ‘can do’ attitude. Full training will be given where necessary.

ABOUT THE PACKAGE
