**WELLBEING SUFFOLK** Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Qualified)
Wellbeing Suffolk is one of the top ranked NHS Talking Therapies services in the country and we are proud of the support our service provides in improving people’s lives. Due to our ongoing success and the continued demand for our services, we are expanding our team and looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join us.

You’ll already be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, experienced in delivering quality clinical sessions to clients and keeping up to date with advances in psychological therapies. Our PWPs work within the stepped care model, in accordance with NICE guidelines and approved clinical interventions.
This is what Wellbeing Suffolk offer:
- Flexible working hours
- Working in one of our two Suffolk bases (Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds)
- Please note you will be expected to work on site for the full duration of your working hours initially, with flexibility reviewed during your first 6 months in role. Following review, a minimum of three days working on site is required.

Wellbeing Suffolk delivers NHS Talking Therapies and is currently benchmarked in the top three NHS Talking Therapies Services in the country with workforce surveys evidencing high morale. The service was awarded continuation to deliver the Talking Therapies contract for a further five years with a potential to extend for a further five years. this award builds on existing strengths to deliver the new model launched agreed in September 2024, so, a very exciting time to be joining the service.
