Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth and efficiency within a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities, along with management experience in retail or sales sectors, are highly desirable.

Duties

Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
Manage, motivate, and develop team members to optimise performance and achieve organisational objectives
Oversee merchandising strategies and ensure visual standards are maintained in retail settings
Coordinate sales activities, monitor targets, and implement strategies to maximise revenue
Organise schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee administrative functions to support operational needs
Maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders through professional phone etiquette and organisational skills
Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Skills

Proven management experience with strong team management capabilities
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages being advantageous
Demonstrated supervisory experience within retail management or sales management environments
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Experience in merchandising, administrative tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service
Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and staff alike
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
