An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly accomplished, intelligent and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly expanding group of companies operating across the facilities management, property, construction, compliance, investment and business services sectors.
This is far more than a traditional Personal Assistant role.
We are seeking an individual capable of becoming the CEO’s trusted right hand person, providing executive-level support across both professional and personal affairs while helping drive the continued growth and success of a dynamic and ambitious organisation.
The successful candidate will work directly alongside the CEO, gaining exposure to high-level commercial decision making, strategic planning, business development, acquisitions, investment opportunities and international operations.
This role offers significant responsibility, autonomy and influence and would suit a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
About the CEO
The CEO oversees multiple businesses throughout the United Kingdom and maintains an active presence internationally.
Regular travel destinations include:
- Dubai
- Saudi Arabia
- Australia
- China
- Europe and other international locations
The successful candidate will coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements and, whilst not essential, candidates willing to accompany the CEO on selected business trips will be viewed favourably.

The Role
As Executive Personal Assistant & Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as a central point of coordination across multiple businesses, projects and personal commitments.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s professional and personal affairs whilst maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism and efficiency.
You will be expected to anticipate requirements before they arise, solve problems proactively and operate with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Comprehensive diary, calendar and schedule management.
- Managing all incoming communications and correspondence.
- Acting as the primary point of contact on behalf of the CEO.
- Preparing reports, presentations, board papers and briefing documents.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences and executive engagements.
- Managing confidential and commercially sensitive information.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring key actions are completed.
Business Operations
- Supporting strategic projects and growth initiatives.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
- Supporting operational teams across multiple divisions.
- Coordinating projects and ensuring effective communication throughout the business.
- Assisting with business development opportunities and commercial initiatives.
Personal Assistance
- Managing personal appointments and commitments.
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Coordinating accommodation, transport and detailed itineraries.
- Assisting with personal administration and estate-related matters.
- Managing confidential matters with complete discretion.
Events & Travel
- Coordinating UK and international travel schedules.
- Managing complex multi-country itineraries.
- Organising corporate events, meetings and networking opportunities.
- Providing support during business trips where required.
Essential Requirements
We are seeking an individual who demonstrates exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
Applicants must possess:
- Previous experience supporting a CEO, Director, Entrepreneur or Senior Executive.
- Exceptional spoken and written English.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Absolute discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
- A polished and professional appearance.
- A full UK driving licence.

The ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations and executive communications to an exceptionally high standard is essential.
Desirable Experience
- Executive Assistant, Private PA or Chief of Staff experience.
