Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes following established recipes
- Assist in managing the grill station during busy periods
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on grill cooking techniques
