Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills whilst contributing to a memorable guest experience in a lively environment. The right candidate will get the opportunity to take the role of a supervisor and managing all duties.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments efficiently.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, promoting repeat business.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
Personal presentation that reflects the high standards of our establishment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy engaging with diverse guests. Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
