Apex Plastering and Roughcasting is a growing Dundee-based company specialising in high-quality plastering, rendering, and roughcasting services across domestic and commercial projects.
Due to an increasing workload and continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Plasterer/Roughcaster to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a developing business where your skills and experience will be valued. The successful candidate will be expected to work both independently and as part of a larger team, delivering work to a high standard while maintaining a professional approach on site.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of internal plastering and skimming
- Apply roughcasting and external rendering systems
- Prepare surfaces and backgrounds prior to application
- Complete patching and repair works as required
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and cleanliness
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements on site
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in both plastering and roughcasting
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
