Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

Oversee engineer bookings, resource allocation, and scheduling
Conduct and lead business continuity reviews and tests for operational resilience
Oversee and support the AILS (Acceptance In to Live Service) process
Host, lead, and oversee technical bridges with customers to resolve faults, including out-of-hours support
Lead a team of network engineers in a 24x7x365 technical network environment providing supervision

What you’ll bring?

Proven engineering or operational team leadership experience -ideally in a Cisco environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Understanding of fault ticketing systems and service operations
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Outlook and Forms
Calm under pressure; adept at leading incident resolution in customer settings
ITIL or service management framework experience (advantageous)
Understanding of Cisco networks or similar networking qualification
