We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Leicester working with brands across the UK on short-form content, social media, and paid advertising. We're looking for a talented videographer and editor to join our team in-house.
What you'll be doing
Shooting and editing short-form video content for client brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. You'll be working on briefs, attending shoots, and delivering polished edits to tight deadlines.
What we need from you
You must have your own professional filming equipment including a drone with a valid flyer ID. You'll need a full UK driving licence and your own car as some shoots require travel. You need to be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite with your own active subscription. Strong colour grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics skills are essential. You must be based in Leicester or very close by as this is an office-based role in Leicester town centre.
What we're looking for in you
Someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and doesn't need to be chased. A genuine passion for content creation and social media trends. You work fast without cutting corners and you take pride in the quality of your output.
Bonus points
Experience with After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. A portfolio with social-first content. Previous agency or freelance client work.
