We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Logistics Technician to join our Bottle Dispatch team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and works well as part of a team.
In this role, you will support the efficient operation of the Logistics department by preparing samples and containers for dispatch, processing returns, and ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and organised at all times. You will play an important part in helping us deliver excellent service to our customers while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
About the Position
Hours Per Week: 37
Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00)
Basis: Full Time & Permanent

The Day to Day
Packing samples and containers for distribution to customers and subcontractors via courier services
Washing and preparing glassware for reuse
Processing returned items and waste materials for recycling or disposal
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times
Following correct storage procedures and manual handling techniques
Adhering to Health & Safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
Supporting compliance with ISO 17025 and the company quality management system
Reporting any incidents or near misses to the line manager promptly
The Essentials
3 GCSEs including English and Maths are desirable
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn internal systems
Ability to work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines
Strong team-working skills with a positive and flexible attitude
Good communication skills
A strong awareness of health and safety within a working environment
