Full job description

We are a long-established (20 years) and highly regarded CQC Registered Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

An exciting opportunity for a part-time or full time confident Receptionist/Administrator to join the Front of House team has arisen. Applicants must be confident, willing to take on responsibilities and able to work variable shifts and alternate Saturdays.

The front-of-house role involves meeting and greeting clients, presenting them with the appropriate form for their procedure, and maintaining the waiting room and reception area.

Other responsibilities include professionally answering and dealing with telephone calls and email correspondence. In addition, there are daily tasks to be completed and with accurate record keeping.

Experience in social media would be an advantage, with the ability to schedule and post relevant material creatively.

On top of receptionist duties, there is an element of administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Chaperoning patients, and assistance with ordering and checking stocks and daily safety checks.

The ideal candidate will have previous reception or administration experience with a strong but caring telephone manner and competent IT skills.

Being well presented, articulate, personable, calm under pressure and a team player is fundamental to this role. It is important that you are willing to go the extra mile. You will be expected to act in a professional, discreet, and confidential manner with good communication skills.

We are a small team so the ideal candidate will be reliable, patient-focused, and willing to go above and beyond their role.

The Front of House team consists of two fulltime staff, a manager and other support staff. On occasion you will be required to work alone. This is a demanding job at quiet times, at busy times a very demanding job.

If you have GCSE (or equivalent) English Language, Maths, and a 'can-do' attitude (most important), we would love to hear from you.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
