About MARCO Limited

MARCO Limited is a leading innovator in smart weighing technology, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across a range of industries. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stock Controller to join our team in Edenbridge.

The Role

Working closely with Procurement, Production, and Project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control and smooth day-to-day goods movement. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage goods in and goods out processes
Receive, unpack, and check deliveries against documentation
Prepare and dispatch goods, including booking couriers
Load and unload deliveries (forklift use required)
Maintain accurate inventory and stock control systems
Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies
Store goods safely and logically
Support production through kitting, picking, and packaging
Liaise with Procurement to ensure timely material availability
Maintain health & safety standards
Work cross-functionally to improve processes

About You

Essential:

Experience in warehouse, stock control, or goods movement role
Strong IT skills and stock management systems experience
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills

Desirable:

Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Forklift licence
