Supervisor – Amigos Mexican Street Food (Falkirk)
Job description
Amigos Mexican Street Food are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our growing team in Falkirk.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong hospitality experience who thrives in a fast-paced food environment and can confidently lead a small team during busy service periods.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our food trailer operation, helping maintain high food quality, cleanliness standards and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Running and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the food trailer
- Coordinating and managing the team during service
- Food preparation within our prep kitchen
- Stock checks and stock rotation
- Cashing up tills and end-of-day reconciliation
- Collection of deliveries and produce
- Training and supporting staff members
- Opening and closing the trailer
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience is essential
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Reliable, organised and proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
