Job Summary
We are seeking a professional PSV Bus Driver to operate public service vehicles during school days, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for passengers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of vehicle maintenance. Duties
- Safely operate PSV buses in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing courteous and helpful service.
- Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, and any incidents during shifts.
- Report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to scheduled timetables, ensuring punctuality for all routes.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including vehicle checks and incident reporting.
- be able to clean and help around the workshop while not on driving duties
Requirements
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s licence with a PSV (Public Service Vehicle) endorsement and valid cpc.
- Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably in passenger transport or delivery roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in delivery driving or similar roles is desirable..

Pay: £12.21-£19.90 per hour
