This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, committed and flexible individuals to join an established team, providing high quality, nutritious food and promoting hydration within a Residential Care setting. We are seeking individuals who are motivated, passionate, have a positive attitude and want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support. Both experienced Catering Assistants and those new are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities will include (but not restricted to):
Assisting the Cooks to prepare meals
Undertake general kitchen duties including washing dishes and equipment.
Complying with Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Infection Control legislation and standards
Catering staff will be expected to work towards Food Hygiene and Allergens training level 2.
