Job Title: Relief Security Officer (Days & Nights)
Location: Crosshands, Carmarthenshire
Company: Guardwatch Security UK Limited
Shift Pattern: Flexible (covering days and nights)
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (e.g. 05:30 – 17:30 / 17:30 – 05:30)
Contract Type: Relief

Guardwatch Security UK Limited is a long-established Security Industry Approved Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering professional and reliable security services.

We are currently recruiting a professional, flexible, and dependable Relief Security Officer to support our team in Crosshands, Carmarthenshire, covering both day and night shifts as required.

Important – Please Read Before Applying

You must hold a valid, in-date SIA licence – applications without this will be rejected
Please check travelling distance to Crosshands before applying
You must have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history

Licence Requirement

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and contractors
Control access and prevent unauthorised entry in a professional manner
Escort individuals from site where necessary
Provide support during emergencies or evacuations
Monitor and record temperature readings of storage trailers on site
Complete all required documentation and reports accurately

Candidate Requirements

Computer literate
Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
Professional manner with strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to cover both day and night shifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
