Self-Employed Multi-Drop Parcel Delivery Driver

Location: Various locations across London & the South East

Job Type: Self-Employed

Pay: From £180 per day + fuel allowance (earning potential of £220–£250+ per day)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Self-Employed Multi-Drop Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery operations across multiple locations in and around London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily multi-drop parcel delivery and collection routes.
Deliver parcels safely, accurately, and on time.
Plan and manage your route efficiently using delivery software and navigation tools.
Load and organise parcels before departing on your route.
Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
Ensure all deliveries and collections are accurately recorded using handheld scanning devices.
Follow all company procedures, road traffic regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Route Information

Approximately 90–120+ delivery stops per day.
Typical start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Finish once all deliveries and collections have been successfully completed.

Pay & Benefits

Guaranteed minimum £180 per day plus fuel allowance.
Opportunity to earn £220–£250+ per day as delivery volume and performance increase.
Guaranteed minimum earnings remain protected during lower-volume periods.
Competitive stop-rate payment structure following successful completion of training.
Weekly payments on 24-day net payment terms.

Van Hire

A Long Wheelbase (LWB) delivery van is available for £250 per week, including:

Fully comprehensive insurance
Vehicle maintenance
Personal use of the vehicle

Drivers with their own suitable van are also welcome to apply (subject to approval).

For exceptional candidates already working with us, Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered in the future where business needs, eligibility requirements, and UK immigration regulations allow. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and will be assessed on an individual basis.

Working Pattern

Work available 7 days per week.
Minimum commitment of 5 days per week.
Weekend availability is required.
This role is not suitable for applicants seeking Monday–Friday-only work.

Training

Full induction and training provided.
Training typically takes 1–4 days, depending on previous experience.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Be 21 years of age or older.
Have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be able to successfully complete a DBS (background) check.
Have no serious driving convictions or endorsements that would affect insurance eligibility.
Be physically fit and comfortable completing high-volume multi-drop routes.
Be reliable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Previous courier or multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
