FISH FRYER JOB WITH EXPERIENCE IN KITCHEN,

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fish Fryer to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking fish dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and food safety are maintained at all times. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a busy kitchen environment, contributing to the overall dining experience of our customers. Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh fish and ingredients according to specified recipes and standards
Cook fish dishes using appropriate techniques, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cooking area in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with meal preparation and presentation to ensure timely service
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety standards are met
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of hot oil and equipment
Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods

Skills

Experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in meal preparation or serving is desirable but not essential
Enthusiasm for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques

Pay: £2,200.00-£3,000.00 per month
