This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a variety of outdoor and indoor activities that engage guests of all ages—from archery and paintball to woodland adventures and water-based fun.

What You’ll Do
As a Go Active Activity Instructor, you will:
- Lead fun, safe, and structured activities like archery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures

Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe

Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment while following all health and safety procedures

Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable

Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and outgoing team player with:
- Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people of all ages

An understanding of health and safety practices

Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories

A valid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential)
