New Car Sales Manager – Renault Exeter
At Vertu Renault Exeter, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join our team This is a key leadership role offering a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £65,000, plus a company car and an excellent benefits package.
As New Car Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a structured, compliant sales operation, supporting and developing a team of Sales Executives to consistently deliver strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.
You will be a highly visible leader within the showroom, providing hands‑on leadership through regular coaching, robust performance management and frequent customer interaction, with both first‑ and second‑facing activity central to the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the Sales team at Renault Exeter
- Driving new vehicle sales alongside finance, insurance and value‑added products
- Managing and embedding a controlled sales process to maximise conversion and profitability
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales journey
- Planning and delivering sales campaigns and manufacturer promotions
- Upholding the highest ethical, professional and compliance standards
We are seeking an experienced and high‑performing Sales Manager with a proven track record within the motor retail industry. You will be able to clearly demonstrate:
