About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Front of House Hospitality Supervisor at St Leonards School, to lead the team and deliver high-quality service. You’ll support day-to-day catering operations, hospitality events, and ensure excellent standards across service, safety, and customer experience.
What you'll do

Supervise the Front of House team to deliver service in line with client expectations

Support daily catering operations and hospitality events

Work closely with the Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth service

Schedule staff and support recruitment and training
-
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering

Ensure equipment is prepared for events and services
-
Act as Allergen Champion and maintain food safety standards

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation

Monitor health and safety compliance and report incidents

Respond to customer feedback and support continuous improvement

Support kitchen or counter service when required
What You’ll Bring

Experience in a catering or hospitality supervisory role
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Good organisational and time management skills
-
Experience with stock control and customer service
-
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
-
Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene qualification
