We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and guest-orientated Events Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of memorable events. In this role, you will support the events team by managing client inquiries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

We deliver exceptional events, from corporate meetings to social celebrations. As an Events Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring all event details are handled efficiently while maintaining the highest level of service.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing client inquiries, providing detailed information, and guiding them through the event planning process.

Coordinating all event logistics, including room setups, catering requirements, and audiovisual needs.

Preparing event proposals, contracts, and function sheets to ensure smooth execution.

Liaising with internal teams, including food & beverage, banqueting, and operations, to ensure all event details are met.

Conducting site visits and meetings with prospective clients to showcase event spaces and services.

Assisting with event-related administration, including invoicing, deposits, and post-event follow-ups.

Handling last-minute changes and ensuring all client requests are accommodated where possible.

Supporting the sales and events team in achieving revenue targets and business development goals.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:

Previous experience in event coordination, or hospitality is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented with strong administrative and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is desirable.

A proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional events.
