We’re looking for an Operations analyst to join our Reconciliations team at Seccl, reporting to the Operations delivery lead. The Reconciliations team are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our stock and cash records for the 800,000+ clients currently using our platform. Each day, we ensure those records match those held with banks, Fund Managers and CREST, alongside a suite of processes to identify, and quickly resolve, any discrepancies.
As an Operations analyst you will work closely with other analysts on the team, reporting to the Operations delivery lead, to ensure all CASS Reconciliations and processes are carried out in line with FCA requirements. You will proactively identify issues, or potential issues, and liaise across Operational teams to both resolve these, and prevent reoccurrence. You’ll be a natural problem-solver, with a can-do attitude and be comfortable adapting to rapidly changing scenarios as they arise.
Ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly stock & cash reconciliations, and any supplementary processes, are delivered accurately and on time

A salary between £28,000 and £35,000 – dependant on experience + reviewed annually
