We are seeking an experienced and reliable Front Office Sales Assistant with a background in builders’ merchants to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and day-to-day clerical duties
Liaising with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
Preparing and generating customer quotations
Processing orders and handling enquiries efficiently
Replenishing and maintaining shop stock levels
Supporting the smooth running of the office and trade counter
Requirements:
Previous experience in a builders’ merchant or similar environment (essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Competent in basic IT systems and office software
A proactive and team-oriented approach
