WORKSCOPE

Based in our Middlesbrough Office you will provide Civil and Structural Design services for a process sector upgrade project in the UK.

Services to be Provided

Produce detailed civil and structural drawings and 3D models
Develop GA drawings, fabrication details and construction deliverables
Utilise Tekla Structures for 3D modelling and detailing
Work closely with engineers, project managers and other disciplines
Review design packages for constructability and installation efficiency
Support design reviews, technical queries (TQs)and site-based issues
Assist with scope development and design deliverables for project phases

Experience & Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in a Civil & Structural Design role within the UK onshore design engineering/project management sector
Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (essential requirement)
Experience using AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools
Background in the UK onshore process sector – chemical, energy or industrial sectors(essential)
Good understanding of UK design standards and construction practices
HNC/HND or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
