As we expand across the UK, we're looking for experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to join our team and help deliver a smarter energy future for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Laver Group Engineer, you'll:
- Install and maintain smart gas and electricity meters
- Provide a positive customer experience on every visit
- Work safely and compliantly in line with industry standards
- Use fully supplied tools, PPE, smartphone, and tablet
- Benefit from ongoing training, development, and support
Standby & Overtime
Standby Rotation: 1 week in every 6
Standby Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00, Saturday & Sunday 08:00 – 16:30
Standby Payments:
- £40 per day (Monday–Friday)
- £100 per day (Saturday & Sunday)
- Up to £400 per standby week
Overtime Rates:
- 1.5x standard rate (Monday–Saturday)
- 2x standard rate (Sundays and Bank Holidays)
What You'll Need
- Valid MOCoPA qualification (held within the last 2 years)
- Gas Safe registration – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Smart Meter Engineer
- EUSR registration
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional, safety-first approach and pride in delivering quality work
