Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician
Mobile Role – Yorkshire

Vertu Motors are looking to recruit an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to support our dealerships across Yorkshire in a mobile role.

This is a fantastic, rare opportunity for a skilled PDR Technician who enjoys variety in their role, working across multiple sites to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard for our customers. We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 OTE £47,000 plus company benefits.

About the Role
As a mobile PDR Technician, you will travel between our dealership sites across Yorkshire, carrying out high-quality dent removal repairs on a wide range of vehicles. A company van will be provided for business use.

You will play a key role in supporting our dealerships by ensuring vehicles are retail-ready and meet both manufacturer and Vertu standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out paintless dent removal repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Assess damage and determine the most effective repair approach
Deliver high-quality workmanship in line with manufacturer and company standards
Support sites in preparing vehicles for sale and customer handover
Manage your workload effectively across multiple locations
Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle to a high standard
Adhere to all health and safety policies
Build strong working relationships with dealership colleagues

What we are looking for

Proven experience as a Paintless Dent Removal Technician (minimum 2 years)
Ability to deliver consistently high-quality repairs independently
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Comfortable working in a mobile role across multiple sites
Professional, team-focused approach
