Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8-5pm, Friday 8-4pm (39 hrs per week)

Flexible start times and finish times will be required due to travel.

Over nights stays will be required.

Location: National

Key Responsibilities:

Travelling to site to inspect/repair to a high standard, national coverage.
Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated.
Reporting any difficulties and service updates.
Recording work carried out and next steps.
All work undertaken in line with H&S procedures.
Good and efficient communications with internal teams, installers and site contact.

Role Requirements:

Full UK driving Licence.
Minimum age of twenty-one to be able to drive company vans (Due to company Fleet
Insurance).
Previous Experience as a Fenestration Service Engineer. (preferably with experience in both manufacturing and fitting of UPVC window frames and doors).
Ability to learn new products and manufacturing processes.
