Ribeye is looking for skilled GRP Laminators to join the composite team in a diverse selection of projects at their Dartmouth headquarters.
Nature of the role:
You will be required to work within our busy GRP department on works including:
- Wet lay laminating
- Internal structure placement and laminating
- Elements of boat building
- Hull to deck moulding
- Polishing
- Filling and fairing
- Gel and Fibreglass repairs
- Mould movements
- Removal of imperfections
- Prepping jobs for spraying
- General workshop duties
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Wet lay laminating
- GRP preparation
- Trimming
Skills:
- Experience in gel application preferred
- Previous knowledge of GRP is desirable but not essential
Salary:
- Competitive rate dependent on experience
