Join an Award-Winning Business That Puts People First
We’re a leading national commercial cleaning and associated services provider — and proud winners of the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2025: Best Company to Work For.
Founded in 1986, we’ve grown into a national organisation without losing what matters most: our family values, people-first culture, and commitment to doing the right thing. Our continued success is built on 5 pillars — Employee Investment, Customer Engagement, ESG, Service Excellence and Innovation — and our marketing team plays a vital role in bringing this message to life.
As we continue to raise the bar, we’re looking for an exceptional Content Writer to join our fast-growing in-house marketing team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a delivery-focused Content Writer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality written content that supports brand credibility, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.

Awards & High-Value Writing (15–20%)
- Lead the writing of award submissions (a critical part of our marketing strategy)
- Translate operational achievements into compelling, structured narratives
- Work with stakeholders to gather evidence, data, and supporting detail
- Ensure submissions are clear, persuasive, and aligned to judging criteria
Content Extraction & Research (15–20%)
- Conduct structured interviews with Operations, Sales, ESG, and senior stakeholders
- Extract stories, insights, and data from across the business
- Proactively identify content opportunities (client wins, innovations, events)
- Work closely with the Marketing & Events Executive to capture content from events, sites and campaigns
Workflow & Collaboration (5–10%)
- Brief designers clearly for visual support where needed
- Work within Motion and SharePoint to manage content workflows and assets
- Maintain a structured content library (case studies, messaging blocks, reusable content)
- Deliver work to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in a content or copywriting role (B2B preferred)
- Strong experience writing structured, persuasive content (case studies, long-form, or similar)
- Ability to take raw information and turn it into clear, compelling narratives
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and structure
- Confidence working with stakeholders and proactively chasing information
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously
- Understanding of SEO basics and content structure

- £33,000–£38,000 basic salary
- Performance bonus
- 35 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Hybrid working (3 days in Coventry office, 2 from home)
