We’re now looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team and grow with us as we continue to develop our client campaigns.
Job summary
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in digital marketing.
You’ll support the team across a range of digital campaigns, including paid ads on Google, Microsoft and Meta platforms, helping clients increase leads, sales and brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how online marketing works, enjoys working with data, and wants to gain practical experience in a real agency environment.
We provide full support and training as you develop your skills.
Role and responsibilities
· Support the creation, management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads.
· Assist with keyword, audience and competitor research.
· Monitor campaign performance and help identify trends and insights.
· Support the team in analysing data using Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
· Help prepare reports and performance updates for clients.
· Assist in writing and testing ad copy and creative ideas.
· Review websites and landing pages and suggest improvements.
· Stay up to date with industry developments, platform updates and emerging digital marketing trends.
· Provide general support across wider digital marketing activity when required.
Essential skills
· Interest in digital marketing and how online advertising works.
· Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable skills
· Some exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads.
· Experience using Google Analytics or GA4.
· Awareness of PPC and paid social advertising concepts.
· Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
· Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Any digital marketing or Google Ads certifications.
Qualifications
· GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
· Digital marketing, business, media or related studies are beneficial but not essential.
