Full job description

Overview
We are recruiting Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Previous hotel experience is preferred, as is familiarity with cleaning procedures.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages as required
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting and folding linens
Maintain organised storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
