Job Title: Marketing Executive
Company Name: Formula Space Ltd
Role Type: Full time, In office
Formula Space Ltd operates in the electric vehicle charging industry, replacing the complexity of site delivery with a single source solution and closing the product and service gaps that hold the industry back. Our customers are charge point operators rolling out at scale, new players entering or expanding into EV charging, and property owners with multi-site charging portfolios.
Formula Space is the only end-to-end EV site partner built on EV specific products and services designed, developed or owned in-house. Each site is engineered around what the operator needs. When the right product doesn’t exist, we build it. We serve the operators driving public EV charging forward across the UK and Europe, as well as shipping our products worldwide.
The business is in a sustained period of growth. New product lines, expanding international presence, and an ambitious revenue target for years to come. The marketing function is being scaled to match. This is a meaningful moment to join.
You’ll work across every part of the marketing function with autonomy to shape how the department drives the business forward. Reporting to the marketing lead, you’ll have full visibility over strategy, goals, and performance, and you’ll be trusted to bring your own ideas and run with them.
The role:
Your time will be spent across the full B2B marketing function, with a particular weighting toward design, CRM, and email.
Design and sales enablement
- Produce pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, product collateral, and visual assets that arm the commercial team to close deals
- Build sales-facing collateral pitched at charge point operators, procurement teams, and property owners
- Maintain brand consistency across every asset
- Develop templates and frameworks the wider team can scale from
CRM and email
- Build and run email campaigns end-to-end
- Set up and maintain automated workflows: lead nurture, sales follow-up, re-engagement
- Keep our CRM clean, segmented, and trusted by the sales team (Pipedrive)
- Report on what’s working to develop actionable insights
Content and social
- Run our LinkedIn page and help our team post personally
- Write product comms and sales-ready collateral
Wider marketing function
- Help shape how the marketing department impacts the wider business
- Identify areas to own and develop as the team grows
- Bring ideas to the table and the discipline to deliver them
Who we’re looking for:
You’ve spent a year or two in marketing already and want to join a business at an interesting stage of expansion. You’ve delivered marketing campaigns, designed collateral, and can operate independently as a self-sufficient marketeer. You want a role with real ownership, real autonomy, and a clear path to grow.
Must-haves:
- 1-2 years marketing experience, ideally B2B
- A strong design eye, hands-on with the tools of your choice (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office etc)
- Demonstrable experience running email campaigns, ideally B2B lead/account nurture
- Hands-on with a CRM, Pipedrive preferred
- Clear, confident, human-first outputs. AI utilised as support, not a replacement of output.
- Ability to commute to our office in Bridge, Canterbury
Nice to have:
- Experience in industrial, technical, or construction B2B
- LinkedIn business tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager)
- Familiarity with WordPress, Bricks Builder, or basic HTML
- An interest in EV infrastructure or sustainability
What you get:
Growth-share bonus scheme. A profit-linked bonus that rewards the whole team. As the company grows, so does the upside. Performance is shared, so everyone benefits from the wins.
Complete open-book accountability. Transparency runs through the business from top to bottom. Everyone has visibility over strategy, performance, decisions, and direction. No black boxes.
Investment in your development. We focus on the right people in the right seats, and we put the time and resources behind helping them grow. Career progression is a live conversation, with a structured process.
Team activities and company events. Regular team activities, corporate days, and away days.
