Bathroom Fitter – Full Time

TNM Signature Interiors – Shefford, Bedfordshire

TNM Signature Interiors is a fast-growing, high-end bathroom renovation company based in Shefford, Bedfordshire. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

You will be working in residential properties across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality bathroom installations to our customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for the full installation of bathrooms, from strip-out through to final fix, ensuring every project is completed to a high standard.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Full bathroom installations
First and second fix plumbing
Installation of bathroom furniture and vanity units
Installation of wall-hung toilets and concealed cisterns
Wall and floor tiling (ceramic & porcelain)
Vinyl floor preparation and fitting
Minor carpentry (skirting, architrave, boxing-in, flooring repairs)
Painting and finishing work where required
Working cleanly and professionally in customers’ homes

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a skilled and reliable bathroom fitter who takes pride in their work and customer service.

You must have:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in bathroom installation
Live within 15-20 miles of Shefford
Strong plumbing, tiling, flooring and basic carpentry skills
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Your own hand tools
A full, clean UK driving licence
Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
The ability to work independently and within a team and meet deadlines

You must be clean, tidy, polite and respectful when working in customers’ homes.
