The Next Evolving Networks Channel Development Manager

We're looking for a Channel Development Manager to join Evolving Networks.
This is a relationship-led growth role focused on developing strategic partnerships, expanding our routes to market and creating opportunities that result in new partners serving new customers.
We need someone who is trusted, well connected and knows how to create opportunities through relationships.
The opportunity
This is an opportunity to build something - establishing Evolving Networks' channel business, growing a high-performing partner base and building the team that will take one of the market's most innovative networking and security propositions to partners across the UK.
You'll play a key role in how we acquire new partners, develop strategic partnerships and grows the customer base across the UK.
You'll help shape our routes to market, influence our commercial strategy and work with a genuinely differentiated networking and security proposition.
As we continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to build something from the ground up. Supported from day one by our Partner Engagement Team, you'll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, establishing a strong channel presence and, as the business grows, recruiting and developing your own team of channel professionals to support our long-term ambitions.

As a Channel Development Manager, you'll help organisations understand that vision whilst developing the partnerships that allow us to reach more customers.
What you'll be doing
- Developing strategic partnerships across the technology sector
- Building relationships with MSPs, IT providers, resellers and consultants
- Creating referral and channel opportunities
- Identifying organisations that would benefit from the Zero™ platform
- Connecting partners and customers with Evolving Networks solutions
- Running commercial discussions and discovery meetings
- Working with technical teams to develop customer solutions
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Helping shape our partner and channel strategy
This role is about creating opportunities through relationships and building routes to market that help Evolving Networks reach more customers.
Must haves
- A successful track record within telecoms, networking, managed services or cyber security
- A strong professional network within the technology sector
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivation and accountability
- A consultative approach to business development
We're particularly interested in speaking to people who have built strong relationships with MSPs, IT support providers, software houses, telecoms resellers, technology consultants, cyber security specialists, vendors and distributors.

- Public sector and enterprise sales
What success looks like
Success in this role is measured by partnerships developed, opportunities created, new customers acquired, and recurring revenue generated.
You'll be expected to develop a network of trusted partners capable of creating sustainable long-term growth opportunities for Evolving Networks.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
