· If you’re an experienced multi-trade that can build an Extension or New Build from groundworks to completion, or as many trades as possible, we will consider. We look to keep our trades on as a permanent basis,

We are looking for trades that can do multiple skilled trades. at least 3 of the selection below of 6
1. Groundworks - Excavate 360 driver. Excavate foundations, drainage, oversites, concreting, septic tanks/ treatment plants, driveways, everything to do with groundworks up to DPC level.
2. Wet trades / Masonry - Bricklaying, stonework, blockwork, Patios, Steps, you need to know building regulations on this, i.e. where DPC, cavity trays, starter ties, lintels go & Read plans
3. Plastering, Skimming, rendering colour systems, sand & cement, Lime rendering & plastering,
4. Carpentry, First & second fix- Includes – stud work, floor joists, manufacturer & cut trusses, fitting kitchens, stairs cases, ie from Stair box. Skirtings & architraves, doors – etc.
5. Roofing - felt & battening, slating, tiling, leadwork, fascias & soffit boards, fitting Velux windows, etc
6. Finishers on all trades. Snagging, Including painting & decorating, wall papering etc
· · All work must be to a high standard,
· We want to hear from you. If you are a multi-trade person. can do at least 3 of these trades to a high standard.

· £32,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year.
Up to 3 months, if you have proved yourself as capable and reliable, we can also provide a van and fuel card. To the right candidate.
· Miles Construct Ltd we are based in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, and serves the regions of Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, Monmouth, and Forest of Dean. and surrounding areas. within 40 minutes in all directions of HR97RR.
· We are looking for experienced, multi-skilled tradespeople to work on our projects on a self-employed or employed. We work mainly for private, residential clients. Our work includes. Extensions, Renovations, Loft conversions, Cellar conversions, New Builds, Barn conversions. A lot of general building and maintenance work.
· We have plenty of work and are looking for people we can get to know and work with long-term!

Qualifications
- NVQ in Construction- Advantage
- CSCS card - Advantage
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
