About the Role

Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Brand new Derby Clinic opening soon! This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service.

Key Responsibilities 

Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
Ad Hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Management or Supervision Experience.
Organisation and attention to detail skills.
Mentoring.
Customer Service experience.
