Location: Leicester (Hybrid/Flexible)
Salary: £22,000–£26,000
About The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to work directly with the founder and help build software products from idea to launch.
This is an opportunity to become one of the first people involved in building products from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for helping turn ideas into working software, deploying applications, maintaining products, solving technical problems, and contributing to future product development.
We’re not looking for someone to simply complete tickets.
We’re looking for a builder.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building modern web applications
* Deploying products to production
* Managing databases and application infrastructure
* Integrating AI tools and APIs
* Maintaining and improving live products
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Working directly with the founder to bring new ideas to life

* React or Next.js
* Node.js
* PostgreSQL or Supabase
* GitHub
* Experience deploying applications using Vercel or similar platforms
* Experience building and launching real applications

Who We’re Looking For
You may be a junior or mid-level developer.
What matters most is that you’ve actually built things.
You should be able to demonstrate:
* Real projects you’ve built
* Applications you’ve deployed
* Problems you’ve solved
* Technologies you’ve taught yourself
We care more about execution than qualifications.
A degree is not required.
