About SourceDogg
SourceDogg is a fast-growing supply chain platform serving enterprise and mid-market customers across construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and CPG/food & beverage sectors in Ireland and the UK. We are in an accelerated phase of AI-first product development, embedding intelligence across every part of the procurement lifecycle — from supplier onboarding and qualification through to contract execution, milestone tracking, and regulatory compliance.
Based in Derry, Northern Ireland, we are a growing company with a collaborative, fast-paced culture where every team member makes a real impact. As we expand and move into new premises, this is an exciting time to join the team. We believe in curiosity, continuous improvement and using technology to solve real business problems.
The Role
This is a newly created position designed to provide hands-on support across the business. As our Business Support Assistant, you will work across customer service, quality management (ISO), internal processes and general operations. It is an ideal opportunity for a curious, motivated graduate who wants broad commercial experience and exposure to how a modern SaaS business operates.
The role will initially be home-based, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement as we establish our Derry office. AI is central to how we work at SourceDogg, both within our product and our internal operations. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore how it can improve the way we do things.
