Summary
Working alongside our Accommodation Manager Roberta Deehan you will be responsible for overseeing daily Housekeeping Operations within our luxurious hotel in Derry. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service that aligns with our reputation for excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accommodation team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across all rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies related to guest accommodation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff to uphold service quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in implementing policies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
