Full job description

Wesley Media has been a leading supplier of software solutions & specialist media delivery systems in the UK for over 25 years.

We are currently recruiting for a ICT Support Technician.

Responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting & diagnosing
First point of contact for IT and systems support
Talking clients through a series of actions via phone, email or chat, until the issue is solved
Providing prompt & accurate feedback to customers
Prioritising & managing several open issues at one time
Following up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Assisting with the preparation of system hardware & software
Identifying solutions to software & hardware issues
Logging incidents using CRM

Candidates must be proficient in the use of:

Windows 10
Microsoft 365 or Office 365
Network terminology & configurations
Maintaining accurate records

Knowledge or experience of the following would be an advantage:

Router configuration
Anti-virus software
Microsoft Active Directory
Azure/SharePoint configuration
Experience in an SLA support driven environment
Full clean driver's license

The candidate will have the following attributes:

A passion for IT, ideally with support experience (however we will consider applicants without prior experience)
Must possess a “can do” attitude
Excellent customer service skills

Working hours are Mon to Fri between 08:00-17:30 on a rotating shift pattern. Additional Out-of-hours and weekend work will sometimes be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
