Warehouse Operator – Cladco Profiles (Andover)

Cladco Profiles is a fast-growing family business specialising in composite decking, cladding, and metal roofing. With over 50 years of industry experience, we are a nationwide market leader, well-known across the UK by both trade and retail customers. As we continue to expand our Andover site, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team.
The Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse operative with good forklift experience, the role involves picking and packing orders, assisting customers with collections and loading a variety of vehicles from small trailers through to artics. Due to the nature of our products, a high level of forklifting skill is required and ideally experience in loading vehicles. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders to ensure timely and accurate orders are produced
- Assisting customers on-site
- Loading vehicles, including customers, our own fleet and haulage companies
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player who is adaptable and proactive in meeting the needs of the business. Our staff predominantly work in pairs due to the unwieldy nature of the product we supply.
- Great attention to detail
- Flexibility to work additional overtime hours during busier periods and the ability to work Saturdays.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Saturday mornings on a rota basis (minimum 1 per month).
- Overtime available, paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

- Hourly rate of £15.06 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

This is a permanent role based at our Andover site, located at West Portway.
