The Role
We are looking for a content assistant based in our Downton office. You will work closely with experienced content developers and clinicians to help build and maintain clinical decision support tools, reports, templates and resources used daily by healthcare professionals across England.
This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm.

What Youll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining clinical reports, templates and decision support tools used within GP clinical systems and our proprietary cloud-based data analytics platform.

Working with clinicians and content developers to support national and local NHS initiatives, including vaccinations and long-term condition management.

Testing and reviewing content to ensure it is accurate and reliable.

Learning how healthcare technology and GP clinical systems are used in real-world settings.

Supporting communication with clients and internal teams.

Attending team meetings and contributing ideas and feedback.
What Were Looking For
You dont need previous experience for this role - were more interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, and youll quickly become involved in meaningful projects that make a genuine difference to front line healthcare. This role may suit someone who has recently completed A-levels or college and who is looking for their first step into a professional office environment. It would particularly suit someone interested in healthcare, technology, data or problem-solving who is looking for a role with long-term career development opportunities.
