Title: Sales Development Executive

Role Overview
As an SDR you will be the first contact point and responsible for engaging new clients. Working from data that supports our Ideal Client Profile, you will be calling out to identify potential clients and curate their journey through our proven sales cycle.
You will be working in a growing team of SDRs, developing your sales skills. You’ll be learning about emerging tech and current IT challenges and speaking to IT managers, and others with strategic IT interests.
You’ll nurture these new relationships to identify ways in which Kascade can support them, and work with our account management team, passing across opportunities for their conversion.
To help you to be successful, we run regular industry leading events which are well attended and highly rated. We ensure that you have tech and AI on your team to help you to be successful, and we’ll also ensure that we focus on developing your sales skills for the future with 1-2-1 mentoring programs and sales training.

Key duties & responsibilities
New Business Acquisition:
· You’ll make 40-60 calls per day, from data provided, to engage potential new clients.
· You’ll update our CRM to capture key information and utilise the AI functionality to evolve your pitch.
· You’ll drive attendance at webinars and in-person events where we showcase emerging technologies and current tech challenges.
· You’ll develop your technology knowledge to ensure that you can ‘speak the language’ of your clients to be able to understand their challenges and recommend solutions.
· You’ll be able to provide BANT qualified leads to our account management team for them to be able to present Kascade solutions.
· You’ll keep your lead engaged through to a point of ‘closing the sale’ as required to support our busy account management team.
KPIs
· 40-60 outreach calls per day to drive:
· 8 - 12 webinar attendances per month (new business engagements)
· 2 - 6 in person event attendances per month
· A ramp up to generating 8-12 net new business meetings per month for account management team which have BANT qualified opportunities

Desireable
· Previous experience in an MSP environment
· Proven new business acquisition experience
